Mother's Day Gift Came in very fast in great condition. A little small, but good looking and the clock works fine.

Elegant I bought this gift for a very dear friend of mine and was relieved to find that it wasn't as fragile as I had anticipated. It is light, simple and very elegant. She would not stop crying after she opened it.

 Was a little disappointed with this.Maybe the description said and I didn’t read it completely but I was under the impression this was made of glass or crystal but when I received it, it was made of a plastic like material which to me makes the product seem cheap. The clock on it was much smaller than I expected as well. I have ordered a lot of things from PMall and have to say this has been my first disappointment.

Not Impressed There's nothing special about this product. It is smaller than I expected, and the writing is barely legible since it is so small. However, I'm sure the size is given in the description, so it is partly my fault for not realizing the dimensions before purchase. Also, the clock seems cheap. You have to remove it in order to pull off the tab to start it; however, once it goes back into the heart, it is not secure and feels like if I tip the heart over in any way, the clock portion will slide out.

Bummed I was very excited to get this for my mom, especially for it being my last Christmas before I go to College, and I was very disappointed. The box that it came in was damaged and even though the gift was wrapped in bubble wrap, the product had multiple scratches.

Heart clock My 7 yr old little girl wrote her own personalized message for her mom on Mother's Day. Her mom like loved it. This is a great gift. The engravings are really nice. The product shipped on time. The only issue I had was that the clock did not work. I'm hoping they will send a new one to me. I will write another review letting you know if they did

Still awaiting delivery This item was ordered on December 9. I still have not received my package as of December 21. From what I see it was shipped to the usps and has been there for 6 days. My suggestion would be to use FedEx or Ups for the entire shipping process. Hopefully package arrives before Christmas, if not I will be in touch to receive a refund! Merry Christmas

Heart shaped clock The over all review is good but if u look at it closely there is alot of scraches from either side like this is annoying and its for my mom plus the clock does get 100% stable in that hole thanks

Clock instructions don't apply The clock is crooked and does not have a post or a way to change the battery like the included instructions say.

Too small This product was too much money for the words to be that small on them. My grandmother probably won't even be able to see what it says. It's way too small

Very difficult to read wording beacuse it's so small size. Not what I would have chosen, had I seen it prior to purchase.
