We received this as a gift amd it is beautiful! It looks exactly as pictured. It is nice that names can be added as well as family name. It is metal, so it is on a heavier side so real tree branches might not be able to support it.

I was very happy with my ornament. It is the perfect size and very pretty. It is a gift for my daughter and her family I hope they love it!

Each year I gift my niece and her family with an ornament. I look for one that allows me to put their last name, the year and each of the family's first name.
She actually looks forward to what I send.
I was a little disappointed this year however. I wish the name on their caps would have been in a darker print so that they would have stuck out a little more.

Instructions for putting names on ornament should be marked more clearly. Names on the ornament I received are correct but my grandchildren’s names are mixed up. Grandson’s name is on little GIRL snowman - granddaughter name on BOY snowman. This is obvious to me. Disappointed because ornament is really nice otherwise.

This is the first time I have ever been somewhat disappointed. I buy personalized ornaments every year. I thought this was going to be white metal and it is silver. Can barely see the names. Still nice but will probably have to buy another one.

Its cute but one cannot see the names written on the snowmen. They blend right into the ornament. Very disappointed.

Beautiful ornament, only issue is the names are too small. If they can find a way to engrave the names bigger it would be perfect. Thank you.
