Everyone has their own coffee mug with their name on it. They are very cute also.

I ordered 9 of these mugs for family and they came exactly as described and in perfect condition. My only issue was with the delivery but that is not a problem with the items!!

Ordered personalized mugs for my nieces that needed to be shipped out for christmas, but one arrived broken. I ordered three different mugs, one for each family member. I like this mug, it is as pictured. The only thing that I would add is that the name and design should appear on both sides of the mug. It detracts from it having the name/design only on one side.

Product was done well. Coffee mug was much smaller than expected. A little disappointed

Wish the design was on both sides so the user doesn't have to look at a blank mug.
