This was a surprise gift item for my parents. They were very excited and touched by it. Made even better by the very reasonable price.

In this day and age of complicated family structures, the Frosty ornament was a great way to commemorate the family that was gathering for this particular Christmas that doesn't always fit the traditional molds. It actually looked better as a product than it did in the picture. It was also an economical way of giving a gift to a whole family that was thoughtful and didn't break the bank.

These are a decent size and very cute. Also, I got fast delivery.

I originally ordered 6 ornaments, one arrived with the corner broken off. I had to take a photo and send it to the company. They immediately sent a replacement, it arrived in a timely manner and promptly Customer service is exemplary.

This is one of my all time favorites. I order an ornament every year for our tree and specialty ornaments for others. The only thin gI wish was different on this ornament is I wish it had room for a date below the bow tie.

This ornament exceeded my expectations!! Every year I give each of my grandchildren a Christmas ornament that expresses something they have accomplished during the year. My oldest granddaughter raises guide dog puppies and this last year, she had raised 3 over the year. Trying to find an ornament that commemmorated that was difficult until I happened on to this one. With each of the puppies' names on the snowballs, and 'Guide Dog pups..2012 on the bottom, it was absolutely perfect. She will be thrilled and I am so excited to give it to her!
