Really beautiful, durable gift! This was a very emotional gift and a surprisingly durable one! Though the item is definitely glass, it's got heft and is made very soundly. Mine had only one small typo in it, but it's difficult to say if that was my own typing or the company's, so I'm willing to give it a pass!

Creating the piece was easy with the exception of lining up the lettering, this was not easy, and it did not auto-align, which was a real disappointment, didn't get that. It says they will print it exactly the way it appears so if it's misaligned it will print that way and you're stuck with it.d Once I played with it and got it aligned it did print/arrived prined correctly Award was beautiful and awesome!
