I purchased this coffee cup to give to my husband along with the personalized mouse pads for Valentine's Day. He was so happy and it made his Valentine's Day. There will be no more lost or mistaken coffee cups left in his kitchen at the office. I highly recommend this product.

The Name It Coffee Mugs caught my eye. I was amazed that the information I entered was then shown to me on the mug design I had selected. I coulkd easily try it out on the other design mugs without reentering it.

During a sale early 2009 I purchased over 20 personalized mugs for my friends and family for Christmas. Everyone loved their personalized gift. Thought my idea was great. Unfortunately when my neice opened her mug she found a crack around the handle. I contacted customer service. Even though it had been awhile since my original purchase, they apologized and immediately replaced the mug - no charge. I can not say enough about how great this company is. I spell both of my daughters names different: Shari and Shea, so when I am looking for things that are personalized with names already on them (for example, key rings and stationary), I can never find their names spelled the way I spell their names. This web-site has fixed my problem once and for all. I can find things that they would like to have and get them with the names spelled correctly.

I ordered a mug, each in different font and color for each of my 5 sisters, what a unique and fun gift!! The only color that I was not happy in was the red - (it really looks more like a brownish red than a true red). All the other colors I ordered are bright.
