Unfortunately, the first jar that was shipped was broken when I received it.
Customer service immediately got busy on getting a second jar sent out.
This is a gift for my sister-in-law, and she will be so surprised to see all her grandchildren's names on the jar.

I carefully opened to find both jars were crushed...obviously in shipping. I immediately took pictures of the packaging, broken jars and sent them with my story to Customer Service. Almost immediately, I received a reply apologizing for the damage, a promise to replace them, and in a couple of days my new jars arrived! They are beautiful. I was disappointed at
