The only thing I didn't like was that there was a blue mark on the jar...I couldn't get it to come off and it was very conspicuous.

My stepmom loved this for Mother's Day we put all the grandkids names on it then filled it with their requests of their favorite cookies that she makes. Only thing I didn't like is that they repeated some names and I didn't know they were going to do that.

This is super cute, but arrived dirty. It has dried out brown water spots & the back of the jar has a weird bulge. Looks defective to me. The concept is cute & if the bulge wasn’t there I’d be happier as the brown stuff comes off. BUT HOW GROSS to receive a new product in dirty condition. This is a gift too. Ugh. Tried reaching customer service & can’t get through. I would have given a higher rating had I at least been able to reach customer service. I advise not to order from this company.

After adding shipping costs this ended up being a pretty pricey cookie jar. I opened the package and the lid was shattered, it was packaged on top of the jar instead of securely beside it. I know there’s not enough time to exchange so for that I’m extremely disappointed as I was looking forward to giving this as a gift.

The print on the cookie jar has a smudge so the names are a little blurry on the right side

Good quality but way too big. I wouldn’t use this for a cookie jar. It would take up too much room on the counter.

The cookie jar came out amazing. It was just the advertised price doubled by the end of the ordering process. Started at $27.99 and ended at almost $60. There were extra fees and shipping costs. That was my only bad thing. And the gift card was in the morning ittom of the box under the wrapping. I only found it when I was throwing away box. So she did not receive message with her present. More attention to detail. Need to be more upfront with the pricing.

Cookie jar is beautiful and has a sealed lid which is hard to find! The only complaint I have is one of the names was to be LJ and they wrote it in cursive and it looks like LL but still loved the product!

The product is nice but it could be a lot better. The personalization of the names that are applied could have a much better saturation. The colors or names do not really POP at all, it is an ok finish. I expected bright vibrant colors contrasting against the white background of the cookie jar. As I said its just "ok".

Giving it 2 stars because the jar is just as pictured but the lid came cracked and damaged. Paid extra for next day delivery for Xmas and now I can’t gift this item. Tried uploading pictures of damage to review but system wouldn’t move passed the upload option.

The price was reduced to $27 two days after my purchase. Very silly and disappointing.
I liked the product but the pricing issue turned me away from the website immediately.

Showing 21 people, places or things close to the recipient, in a heart shape, says something special is within. It was nice that I could look at the preview and switch names with another to get the most important in prominent positions.
Jar is beautiful, top quality and large.

This arrived today. It was not wrapped or anything yo protect it. It was in several pieces.

I loved the idea of having a cookie jar with my grand kids names. Unfortunately the lid of the new jar is a very different shade then the body. I called and emailed Personalization customer service several times. After being told that they would correct the issue, I received an email that said the way they processed the jar would not allow for the lid to be same color as body of jar.I received this cookie jar as a replacement for my original one which was lost in a house fire. The first lid matched the body. Why the second one is so off color is puzzling. The company's unwillingness to correct this mismatch is extremely frustrating! Beware if you order this it will like;y be a mismatch.
