Very nice By Shopper (Kersey, PA) - September 21, 2015 This item looks just as crisp as in the website picture. My only fault with it is that the lettering should be a bit larger; unfortunately, there isn't an option to increase the font size. We put our own poem on it, and it is very nice-just a tad bit difficult to see.

Extremely nice It's "Dear Dad," but I bought this to put an original poem inside for my girlfriend, and she loved it. The base product is sturdy, well-balanced, attractive, and clear, and the font is pretty readable. The only reason I didn't give this a 5 is that the text appears toward the back, and I expected it to be in the middle of the glass or more toward the front, so it threw me a bit. As a result, it's most readable at a slight angle. But this may be an idiosyncratic thing. It was definitely worth the purchase price.

So excited to give this to my dad! My husband and I were really impressed with the quality of this item and with how quickly it shipped. The only thing I'm not absolutely 100% pleased with is the size of the item, but it isn't so small that it's difficult to read, and it is GORGEOUS. I especially love the scalloped edges. One more thing: please note that while this isn't glass, it is still very heavy! Be careful with it!

I love that this site takes only about 1-2 days to get to your house. When I recieved this, the only thing that was not my favorite was that the print/letters are smaller than I'd hoped. But, it still looks sooo wonderful! I would recommened this! Such a touching gift!

Overall great product I was a bit bummed when I opened the package and realized that it was not made of glass. This was my mistake it clearly stated in the description after double checking that the product was made of lucite. Even though it is not what I originally thought I am still very pleased. The personalized poem that I requested was perfect word for word and it looks very elegant.

You have to get really close to read them.
I did not see an option to make them bigger.

Father's Day By Shopper (Reno, NV) - June 27, 2015 First time user with this company. In the section where you give your credit card info I misunderstood if the credit card address is different than the billing address, so I left it alone, when in retrospect it was the shipping address. The gift ended up on my front porch. It cost me another $88 to have it sent overnight for Father's Day. Dad is 90, and was very grateful, and liked the gift, but found it very hard to read as it was so small. I wish PK showed actual size.

Not what I expected I thought the keepsake would stand up on its own, but it doesn't - this is disappointing as I needed it for display purposes, but it needs an easel or some kind of prop to make it into a display.

too small While I like the quality of the product I was really disappointed in the size of it ,was expecting it to be a little larger

 LetteringEverything was great except for the lettering. To make it simple the lettering itself was way to small
I needed a magnify glass just to read it. It messed up what would have been a great item
There was plenty of room to enlarge the letters but you chose to make them way to small.If it wasnt for that l would have given 5 stars.

Disappointed Item was not what I expected. The writing (font) is so much smaller than it looked on here based on the picture and while it is correct as I designed can barely be read. It also will not stand up so now I have to find a stand to set it in.

Father's Day Unfortunately an error was made and my father received someone else's gift. I called Customer Service and they are redoing it and shipping it out tomorrow so I am very happy about that - no charge of course - thanks for being so pleasant when I called to complain - much appreciated.

Too small and too light to read intelligibly! By Shopper (Galloway, NJ) - June 22, 2015 The print is very small (could be my error) but the white print does not show up as readable on the glass. I was very disappointed to find I had to put something dark behind it to make it readable! Not satisfied but had to use it for a gift.First time I have had this experience with your company! Expensive and disappointing!

 You can't make out what it saysI ordered this special gift with a special message for my father for father's day. When I received the item it was beautiful with the acceptation of one thing. You can not read the message. I contacted costumer service immediately. Dawn instructed me to send a picture of the item along with the order number. I did just that. I then received a email stating that there is nothing that can be done and the font is suppose to look like that because it was in all caps. How unfair? How am I suppose to present this unlegible gift to my dad? Really? There is nothing that can be done?

TOO SMALL I just purchased this item for my parents, Im getting married in November as a thank you and it is so small that I have to go an purchase another item because it looks so small. I am really unhappy with the product...the write is nice but the piece itself is too small, it doesnt look right to give my parents only this.
