Personalization Mall goes the extra mile for their customers! Having ordered numerous things from PM in the past, I have always been happy with their products....until this time. The pictures I had so carefully chosen and centered were cut off and haphazard. But when I contacted PM and sent pictures, they replaced the items pronto in their usual quality fashion. Makes a FANTASTIC 'one-of-a-kind' gift I created this mug for my longtime friend who was celebrating her 60th birthday. I used pictures from my account to make a 'one-of-a-kind' beautiful mug... needless to say she absolutely LOVED it - it came out AWESOME!
I've made many photo mugs similar to this one from Personalization in the past and have been very pleased with each and every one of them, but I will say and recommend that you "DO NOT" put them in the dishwasher as a few of my mugs did fade the colors... hand wash is my suggestion!

Perfect I wanted to cry with happiness! The mug is for our Marine son for Christmas. He will LOVE it. The colors are sharp...the pictures all came out perfectly. Nice I want to love it but there is white space between the handle and can be useful for a bigger picture or names etc. But besides that is nice.

Good mug, bigger is better, worth the extra money. I bought these cups in 11oz. and while I love the way they turned out, I regret not getting a bigger size. The material quality and photo quality are both good.

Love the design and quality Good quality. The design was beautiful. The only 2 critiques are: wrong color sent and uploading pics with the premade design didn't allow for modification to include full pic. My cousin ended up loving the color and overall design.

Builder is easy to use and it's nice that you can add photos and text. Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because one of the images printed with a white halo-like affect over it.

 Poor quality finishBy Shopper (Wellington, FL) - November 13, 2021 Love the look of the mug and the pictures printed well; however there were areas on the mug with a matte finish instead of all glossy. I asked for a replacement but was told a replacement would have the same finish. I ended up getting a refund.

Use this coffee mug every day but not totally happy with it! By Shopper (Las Vegas, NV) - June 15, 2019 The coffee mug came out just as designed and is extremely cute but there is overspray around part of the rim and it looks like it is dirty so we are constantly trying to scrub it. We’re trying to figure out a way to remove it without damaging the glaze.

 Not Happy with this cup. Would rather not use a titles and have more spots for pThe first picture is really big. The other top photo is blurry and looks stretched. Would prefer to get an untitled cup and more pictures.
