Good frame By Shopper (Elwood, IN) - April 20, 2022 It's cute for sure. Can't wait to give it to my husband for his first father's day this year- but instead of glass in the frame it's plastic. I paid almost $30 for this frame and it can't even have glass?? A little annoyed there. And then the pieces on the back were so tight to move I almost couldn't get them to move (even with a butter knife) that I almost gave up trying to put a picture in it.

Very Nice Got this for our son's 1st Father's Day; we also got the one for our daughter-in-law for her 1st Mother's Day. The frame itself is beautiful. However, I don't care for the semi-frosted effect that goes in front of the picture. Also, the latches that hold the back of the frame together are ridiculously tight. But, it is a wonderful gift for the new parents and I would still recommend.

 Color not trueThe Quality of the frame and the design are very good. However, the lettering was to be in "navy blue", and in the preview picture shown before ordering, it looked navy blue - but upon receiving the frame, the color looks a dark charcoal gray. This is disappointing and is the 2nd time a frame requested to be in blue lettering was received with gray instead. A picture of the first frame ordered was sent to Quality Assurance to show the gray lettering. I was told after reviewing the picture etc., it was determined the color was blue, although it was a "slate blue". This company did try to make things right which is why this 2nd frame was ordered. It seems, at least on frames, that the color "blue" will actually be a gray instead.

Didn't receive the gift wrap The picture frame turned out perfectly but I did not receive the gift wrapping which was disappointing.

Great idea but quality isn’t great We received the first frame and the screws holding the leg/stand on, had stripped the wood and fell off. We got a replacement frame, but the quality was still pretty poor. We are afraid to move the frame in fear of it breaking again.
