UPDATE By Shopper (Union Beach, NJ) - March 20, 2022 When I originally reviewed this product, I gave it 1 star due to the alignment on the print was off. One side of the photo was cut off & the other side had a white line from top to bottom of the ornament. I was very disappointed, as this was a family portrait photo from the 40's of my mom, her siblings & my grandparents, and they were to be gifts for my cousins. Customer service reached out to me, and upon receiving a photo of the 5 ornaments I received, redid my order. So, I am upping my rating to 5 stars for happiness with my new ornaments, and the amazing customer service I received.
