Absolutely phenomenal service! My order was placed late, but I chose special delivery and was thrilled that my order arrived 2 days before Christmas as promised. To my dismay, one of my items arrived damaged, so that was disheartening. However, I called customer service immediately, and was floored that they'd get a replacement item to me by Christmas Eve.
