I loved the ornament and received it very well packaged. This is not a complaint but just a suggestion. It was difficult for my eyes (older) to read the names and it would have been better if they were in white or black ink. Size was good, quality was excellent. No complaints. Thank you!

Absolutely phenomenal service! My order was placed late, but I chose special delivery and was thrilled that my order arrived 2 days before Christmas as promised. To my dismay, one of my items arrived damaged, so that was disheartening. However, I called customer service immediately, and was floored that they'd get a replacement item to me by Christmas Eve.
