I ordered a mug with my niece's name and a personalized message on the back as a Christmas gift. I submitted the order late on a Friday afternoon, and it arrived at my door the following Monday! That's basically one business day! The mug is exactly as pictured with one excellent exception... I was expecting to receive a mug with the image and writing added as a lay-over (like screen printing or paint of some kind), but to my pleasant surprise, the image and lettering were etched into the mug - so no worry that the 'paint' would ever chip, fade, or fall off. This was my first purchase from Personalization Mall and it won't be my last!

Got this as a Christmas gift for my Doctor! Like that it's 16 oz! The Best part is that on one side of the Mug I was able to pick a Quote in Spanish! This is perfect as my Doctor is from Central America! He will be so excited!
